SMM September 12 News: According to market rumors, Jilang Indium Co., Ltd. of Nandan County recently exported crude indium ingots with an indium content of ≥99.00%, approximately 1,000 kg, complying with the standard YS/T 1163-2016 "Crude Indium." Market sources indicated that the transaction was successfully completed, with a final transaction price of around 2,440 yuan/kg. Market participants noted that this price is relatively high, reflecting the ongoing tight supply of indium raw materials without significant relief. Many crude indium producers are unwilling to sell at low prices, keeping the price of crude indium firm. One manufacturer mentioned that due to recent factory relocation, the production line for target recycling has been suspended, which has also affected the recycling of indium raw materials to some extent.
